Patrón Silver Tequila 700ml

Patrón Silver is a premium Mexican tequila made from 100% Weber blue agave. Fresh, smooth and lightly sweet, it's good enough to sip but made for great Margaritas.

Origin: Patrón launched in 1989 and helped open the market for premium tequila. It's made at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

How it's made: Blue Weber agave is slow-roasted in small brick ovens, then crushed with a mix of a traditional volcanic stone wheel, called a tahona, and a roller mill. It's fermented and distilled in small batches and bottled unaged. Each bottle is numbered by hand.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear. Fresh agave, citrus and a hint of pepper on the nose. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with cooked agave, citrus and a soft, peppery finish.

How to serve: Sip neat or over ice with a slice of lime. It also makes an excellent Margarita or Paloma, or a simple tequila and soda with fresh lime.
