Hendrick’s Gin 700ml

Hendrick's is an unusual small-batch Scottish gin infused with rose and cucumber. Smooth, floral and refreshing, it's best served with a slice of cucumber.

Origin: Hendrick's was launched in 1999 by William Grant & Sons and is distilled in Girvan, on the Ayrshire coast of Scotland. Master distiller Lesley Gracie developed the recipe.

How it's made: Two different stills, a Carter-Head still and a small Bennett pot still, are used to distil 11 botanicals. The two spirits are then blended and infused with Bulgarian rose and cucumber essences.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear. Floral rose and fresh cucumber on the nose, with juniper underneath. The palate is smooth and refreshing, with citrus, floral notes and a clean finish.

How to serve: Mix with tonic over plenty of ice and garnish with three thin slices of cucumber. It also makes a refreshing Martini or a Gin Fizz.
