Absolut Vodka 700ml

Absolut Vodka is a premium Swedish vodka made from winter wheat and water from the village of Åhus. Clean, smooth and versatile, it's known worldwide for its simple, iconic bottle.

Origin: Absolut was launched in 1979, but its roots go back to 1879, when Lars Olsson Smith introduced a new method of distillation in Sweden. The bottle design was inspired by old Swedish medicine bottles.

How it's made: Winter wheat from the fields around Åhus, in southern Sweden, is distilled using continuous distillation. Water from the distillery's own deep well is added, and nothing else, giving a clean, smooth character.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear. A light grain aroma with hints of dried fruit. The palate is smooth and rich for a vodka, with a mellow sweetness and a clean finish.

How to serve: Serve ice-cold, with tonic, soda or juice, or in classic cocktails like the Cosmopolitan, Moscow Mule or Espresso Martini.
