Monin Watermelon Syrup has a light, fresh, summery flavour of ripe watermelon. This 1 litre bottle is made for warm-weather menus.

Origin: Monin was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, in central France, and is still run by the Monin family. It's now one of the world's leading syrup makers, used by baristas and bartenders in more than 150 countries.

How to serve: Use 15 to 20 ml in lemonade, iced tea, sodas, Margaritas, Mojitos and mocktails. For a summer cooler, add it to sparkling water with fresh mint and lime, or blend it with ice and fresh fruit for a watermelon slush that kids and adults both enjoy.
