About this product
Monin Apple Pie Syrup brings baked apple and warm spice notes to coffee, cocktails and desserts. This 700 ml bottle is ideal for autumn and winter menus.
Origin: Monin was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, in central France, and is still run by the Monin family. It's now one of the world's leading syrup makers, used by baristas and bartenders in more than 150 countries.
How it's made: Cane sugar, water and natural flavourings, combining apple with cinnamon and a baked pastry note. See the label for the full ingredients and nutrition information.
Tasting notes: Aromas of baked apple and cinnamon. The taste is sweet and comforting, with apple, warm spice and buttery crust.
How to serve: Add 10 to 15 ml to lattes, chai or hot chocolate, or use in apple pie cocktails with vodka, whisky or rum. It also works in milkshakes and hot cider punches.
Who it's for: Cafés with seasonal specials, winter parties, and fans of apple desserts.
