Origin: Monin was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, in central France, and is still run by the Monin family. It's now one of the world's leading syrup makers, used by baristas and bartenders in more than 150 countries. 'Le Fruit de Monin' is its range of fruit purées, made to give bars a consistent, ready-to-use fruit base.

Tasting notes: Bright orange-yellow. Ripe mango aroma. The taste is sweet and juicy, with tropical fruit and a smooth, rich texture.

How to serve: Use 20 to 30 ml in smoothies, mango Daiquiris, Margaritas, Bellinis, lassis and mocktails. Shake well before use, and keep refrigerated once opened.
