Monin Peach Purée is a real fruit purée made from ripe peach, with natural body and sweetness. This 1 litre bottle is ready for Bellinis and smoothies.

Origin: Monin was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, in central France, and is still run by the Monin family. It's now one of the world's leading syrup makers, used by baristas and bartenders in more than 150 countries. Its 'Le Fruit de Monin' purées are designed to give bars a consistent, ready-to-use fruit base all year round.

Tasting notes: Soft peach colour. Ripe peach aroma. The taste is sweet and juicy, with a smooth, velvety texture.

How to serve: Mix 20 to 30 ml with Prosecco for a classic Bellini, or use in peach iced tea, smoothies, Daiquiris and mocktails. Shake well before use, and keep refrigerated once opened.
