Tanqueray 0.0% 700ml

Tanqueray 0.0% is the alcohol-free version of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. It is distilled from the same four botanicals, giving the juniper-and-citrus profile Tanqueray drinkers know, and makes a convincing non-alcoholic gin alternative in a G&T.

Origin: Charles Tanqueray founded his distillery in Bloomsbury, London, in 1830. Diageo launched Tanqueray 0.0% in 2021 as an alcohol-free option alongside the London Dry and No. Ten.

How it's made: The four Tanqueray botanicals are juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice. Each one is steeped in water, heated and distilled on its own, then the distillates are blended to rebuild the Tanqueray flavour.

Tasting notes: Piney juniper and bright citrus on the nose. The palate is dry, with peppery coriander and a touch of sweet liquorice, and the finish is crisp and refreshing. On its own it is lighter than the gin, but it comes alive with ice and tonic.

How to serve: Pour 50 ml over ice, top with a good tonic and garnish with a lime wedge. It also works in alcohol-free versions of a Collins or a spritz.

Who it's for: Drivers, midweek evenings and anyone taking a break from alcohol, plus a good bottle to keep behind the bar so non-drinkers get a proper drink.
