About this product
Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup has a toasted, nutty flavour with a deeper roast than standard hazelnut syrups. This 1 litre bottle is sized for coffee bars.
Origin: Monin was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, in central France, and is still run by the Monin family. It's now one of the world's leading syrup makers, used by baristas and bartenders in more than 150 countries.
How it's made: Cane sugar, water and natural roasted hazelnut flavourings. See the label for the full ingredients, allergen and nutrition information.
Tasting notes: Golden brown. Aromas of roasted nuts. The taste is sweet and nutty, with toasted hazelnut and a rich finish.
How to serve: Add 10 to 15 ml to lattes, cappuccinos, mochas and hot chocolate. It's also great in milkshakes and dessert cocktails. It's also lovely in frappés and over ice cream.
