About this product
Monin Caramel Syrup in the 250 ml bottle has a buttery, toasted caramel flavour. It's a compact size for home baristas.
Origin: Monin was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, in central France, and is still run by the Monin family. It's now one of the world's leading syrup makers, used by baristas and bartenders in more than 150 countries.
How it's made: Cane sugar, water and natural caramel flavourings, cooked to give a rich, golden colour. See the label for the full ingredients and nutrition information.
Tasting notes: Golden amber. Aromas of cooked sugar and butter. The taste is sweet and rich, with toasted caramel.
How to serve: Add 10 to 15 ml to lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee and frappés, or drizzle over pancakes and ice cream. It's also great in hot chocolate, milkshakes and caramel Martinis.
Who it's for: Home baristas, coffee lovers, and anyone trying flavoured coffee at home.
